Our Humble Beginnings

We officially opened our doors as WNC Chimney Solutions in 2017, led by Ande Grantham alongside his father, Cal Grantham.

We were not founded to make a quick buck. Ande’s years of industry experience showed him that homeowners simply deserved better. The chimney industry isn’t just about sales and profit—it’s about safety and security. It’s about the comfort of a warm home. And it’s about people.

Ours is a family business. Yes, we mean that literally because Ande started the company with his father. But every exceptional team member who has joined us feels like a part of our family, too. Over the years, we’ve built something that continues to grow with purpose. It is our goal to ensure that everyone, customer and employee alike, is treated with the utmost respect, primed for success and left smiling after a day of hard work.

What Does Warmstead Mean?

After a long day, there’s nothing quite like cozying up by the fire and letting off some steam. It’s our goal to ensure that you can do that safely, time and time again. Warmstead promises to protect the technical heart of your home, so you and your family always know you are protected, too.

We chose this name because that promise is bigger than chimney services. It means we’re primarily focused on home preservation, comfort and safety. We paired our name with Ande’s loyal four-legged companion, Silas, to really represent the joys of a comfortable day at the place you should always feel safest.
